Health-Ade Kombucha is the fastest-growing kombucha in the market. Within my two years with the company sales grew 11x.

Health-Ade’s rapid impending growth was not on my radar. What was clear, was the onslaught of daily creative requests, and the many opportunities for automation and improvement.

I first created a necessary foundation to automate and delegate recurring tasks. I developed a custom password-protected digital asset management tool. This allowed the staff and vendors to access common assets.

I pitched opening an online store and it soon became a million-dollar revenue-generating channel. We expanded with many landing pages for state-specific launches and a B2B program.
