Overview

On behalf of Fresh Consulting I worked in Kingston, Jamaica in the agile accounts opening lab at National Commercial Bank. Our team, comprised of developers, QA, testers, scrum master and product owner, digitized the customer’s account opening experience. Turning a several day event for the customer into just under ten minutes. I took part in stakeholder meetings, leveraged user testing, analytics and agile process, and picked up a little patois along the way.
